This is going to be a quick review about my boyfriend`s K2 250cc skates. He recently purchased a slightly used pair for 50 quid on Ebay. Those are an older K2 model but they are good and not too pricey. According to my boyfriend they are very comfy due to the use of softboot technology. This technology gives more air to the feet, includes gel heels for your gaps and so makes the skates very comfortable. Also, he finds the lock excellent and the grinding super smooth. K2 250cc come with a teflon frame and a nice sporty design. They feel very stable and strong but they are still relatively light. My boyfriend finds that these K2 slide ok but also thinks that they could provide a better shock absorbtion. A good thing about this K2 model is that it is fully replacable and upgrades are relatively cheap. So theres actually no need to buy a more recent model. All in all, my boyfriend calls them a good and solid pair of skates for beginners. |
