I don`t know anyone who doesn`t like a mug of sweet and creamy hot chocolate from time to time. So do I. Even now when it`s getting warm outside I feel like a cuppa hot chocolate in the evening. It calms me down and helps to relax and fall asleep. My favourite hot chocolates are the Cadbury ones, but last week I thought it would be a good idea to try another one. So I bought ’Galaxy Instant Hot Chocolate’. I got it for a pound from Poundland. Usually you get a pack of 400g for about 1,99. You can buy it at Tesco, Sainsbury`s and at many other markets. Right back home I opened the lid and an extremely nice chcocolaty smell wafted my nostrils. ’If this is goin` to taste like it smells, I thought, I`m gonna drink more than just one cup.’ I quickly put the kettle on, put four heaped spoons of instant hot chocolate powder in my mug, poured hot water on it, stired and … drunk. ’Yummy!’ was my first thought but after the second gulp I found that this drink isn`t chocolaty enough. Stiring in another teaspoon full of instant powder didn`t do any change. I also noticed that this hot chocolate tastes quite greasy … like hot chocolate made with whole milk. I didn`t like the fatty feeling this left on my tongue. I wasn`t surprised about the high amount of calories and fat in ’Galaxy Instant Hot Chocolate’ when I checked the nutritional facts on the back of the tub. If you follow the preperation guidelines an average portion has 115 kcal, 3.4g of fat and 19.2g of carbohydrates. That`s a lot, isn`t it? Well, you can use less powder but then there won`t be ANY chocolaty taste left. Summarising I`d say that ’Galaxy Instant Hot Chocolate’ is an OK product as long as you`re not too demanding in terms of hot chocolates. I myself bought another Cadbury chocolate yesterday and I think I`m gonna stick with it. |

| I never buy these instant chocolates. I recommend melting a piece of chocolate in milk - may have some calories but there's no better taste than REAL hot chocolate ;) |
