‘Crispy Fruit Slices’ can be part of a healthy diet. One slice contains 56 Kcal and just 1,2g fat. They are a very tasty but healthy treat as they are crispy and sweet as usual biscuits, filled with a choice of extremely tasty fruit/sultana fillings but low in fat. One packet contains five individually wrapped packs each filled with 3three biscuits. So eating a whole pack means a calorie intake of just 168 what I think is very good for such a long lasting treat. These three slices are not just delicious but also fill your stomach as they contain all these dried fruits and therefore fibre. Pros: very low in fat  -  a tasty fruity bite  -  quite filling with a hot drink

Cons: can be a bit dry; note :  low in fat is not necessarily low in sugar
