Palma de Mallorca

hey, I think I told you some time ago that I had applied for an internship in Brno, Czech Republic. Well, I guess I wasn't the only one...and someone else got it. Forst, I was really disappointed. But then I remembered this offer I once read on the internet. It's for an internship in Palma de Mallorca! I can't imagine a better consolation than one month under the Spanish sun in october ;))



Have you ever been to Palma or surroundings? I've been there, but just for one day. Maybe you can give me some advice: where to go out at night, good restaurants or just some interesting things to see.

no ;) I spent a week on Malorca, but up north in a little village. one day we took the old steam train to Palma where we spent the day woing some sightseeing and shopping. that's why I don't know a lot about Palma. It's beautiful, but I've got no idea where to go and what to see. of course I could get a city guide but I prefer talking to people who've been there than to read about restaurants in a book ;)

I just booked holidays for Cala Rajada, which is in the north. So probably I can't get a lot infomation for you. But I think there're a lot of young people which can give you tips.
