Become a vegetarian?

Hey guys!



I wonder whether to become a vegetarian or not. What are your experiences with being/ not being one? I mean, I really feel for all these animals and for my more and more destructed environment but I`m not sure about my health. How can I ensure (Can I at all?!) to stay healthy? What do I need to do to get all minerals and vitamins my body needs?! I`m glad about any input. Thx!
