best answer phones for hard of hearing

I am not completly deaf but hard of hearing .buying an answer phone is a complete nightmare most models have large key pads , just because i cant hear im not visually immpaired . I find the main problem for me is playing back the messages  most machines sound muffled or if louder are dissorted, has anyone found a good one.
